Acting upon construction from IdtV Live360, Livetime provided the complete technical production of the Club van Sinterklaas feest at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht on November 29 2009. Livetime designed the stage image and took care of the entire coordination of all the facilities and technical aspects.
The two shows were almost sold-out with about 13.000 children (and parents) and was live broadcasted by the organization partner RTL4.
This productions turned out to be quite a challenge. With a building time of 22 hours and the many different disciplines (like grandstands, rigging, stage and technique) that had to be placed at the same time.
Everybody was very pleased with the results of the first edition of this party.
