Design
The translation from the event concept into a 3D- visualization will support you in your explanation, sales process or pitch. Whether it is a translation of your own creative design into a technically realistic design, a complete set-design, stage design or an impressive light design, Livetime has all the necessary knowledge and equipment available to make this a success. Even in the design phase, Livetime considers all of the aspects including technical feasibility, sightlines and production optimization. Livetime works with several well known external designers who have the specialized and right experience for your event. The choice is yours!
Technical production
When the design has been approved, it has to be translated into a technical interpretation and implementation plan. To achieve this, blue prints, work drawings and logistic plans are drawn up. All individual disciplines are merged into a technical production schedule and associated drawings. As part of the this process, we will test your chosen location for aspects such as available height and roof burden. Our technical producers accompany the technical suppliers on the location so that you, the client, have the convenience of a single point of contact. The integration of design and production minimizes duplicate effort, provides a more complete overall picture and often saves money.
Site Production
Thorough, detailed preparation is more than half the work, but Livetime does not stop there. Site production includes everything to do with the event location. The drawings as well as the detailed schedules that are being formulated at this point are very important. After a possible location visit, all the necessary facilities (such as tents, electric power supply, grandstands, etc.) are inscribed on the location drawing. The drawings also take into account several specific aspects such as fire safety, audience flows, existing facilities, sightlines, etc. This is not only beneficial for the client, but also very essential for requesting licenses from various entities.
Facilities
Livetime does not own materials in-house. We take on the task of surveying all the needed facilities and retaining the proper suppliers. We are fully independent from material and supply vendors. We do have a broad range of reliable suppliers for each discipline (techniques, platforms, grandstands, fences, electric power supply, decoration, etc.) with whom we have built a great relationship over the years. Because we work with these companies on frequent basis, we translate these relationships into regular discounts. This is why it can be profitable to let us do the purchasing. Again, it is your choice. If you would like to work with your own suppliers or manage the purchasing yourself, that is certainly possible.
Transparant Process
As you can see, it takes a lot of work to create a smooth production and Livestream is willing and able to provide all of the necessary services. You will have one central point of contact, so that you can concentrate on other aspects of the production. We find it very important to have a transparent relationship with our clients. We make clear textual offers, schedules and budgets, in which all items will be mentioned. We make our services understandable and we communicate frequently on the status of the project.

Association of Companies in the Event line
This association has been set up as a line organization for professionals in the public event line. The VVEM represents about 100 companies from several angles of the event line. By uniting their strengths they are able to lift the event line to a higher level. As serious partner for the government the VVEM is working on legislation in the event line. The association works on various points of interest such as Health and Safety and Security. The V.V.E.M wants to work up to be the most important line organization for the public event line. The VVEM looks after and defends the interests of its members and coordinates, stimulates and supports the connected members. Quality, security and professionalism are carried out as characteristics.
